What app does this drone use?

You can download the Sky Rider Drone app at the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

I don't see the part(s) I need to order to fix my drone?

Standard parts such as extra batteries and remotes are available online for purchase when in stock. However, any non-standard parts such as cameras, screws, bodies, SD cards etc. can be ordered by placing an inquiry with our parts department via partsinfo@dpiinc.com

"What's the trick to changing the blades? I'm having a problem keeping the motor shaft in the up right position to place the small screws in to hold the blades in place. The motor shaft keeps dropping down past the hole for screws. What do I do?"

Flip the drone upside down. At the base of the prop motor unscrew and remove the motor cap to gain access to the gear assembly. The large gear is attached to the shaft, pressing this gear into position will allow the screws to align perfectly with the shaft.

I took the blades off of my drone and need to put them back on. What order do they go in?

With the front of the DRW876 facing you, the first rotor to your left (closest to you) is B. Moving clock wise, the remaining rotors are A, B, A.

My drone will not fly strait, drifts, or flips upside down as soon as I press the throttle. What do I do?

First, when a Drone is powered on it calibrates its gyroscope to zero in relation to the surface it is resting on. It is very important to power on the drone on a level and even surface. If the surface is not level or even the gyroscope will not be properly calibrated. This will cause erratic and unstable flight behavior.

Condor Pro: Quadcoptor Drone with Wi-Fi Camera - DRW876 is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not happy Pretty disappointed with this drone. I bought it on our way out of town hoping to have fun flying it with the kids. I flew it 1 day and decided the property we were staying at wasn't big enough. So I put it away till we got home. When I went to fly it at home, one of the propellers wouldn't spin. So I took that one back to the store I bought it from and got the only other one they had left. After I exchanged them, i noticed this one had already been open and was clearly returned. I got it home and put together only to find out there was a short in the cord where the battery plugged into the drone. So that one will be going back tomorrow and at this point, I just want my money back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picked one as an impulse buy Flies great handles good and is fun. Ive only had it in the aor 3 times now and have begun to wonder about a few things. How much can this copter lift? For research purposes. Also was wondering if the motors are brushless DC motors and weather or not an after market 5400 mAh battery from venom could be used with it. All in all the drone is great and has been fun to play with. Already have a higher resolution 1080p gimble camera on it that works great and have done various other things to lighten the load to extend battery life. Ive gotten it to around 10 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bang for the buck! First Read all of the directions! The bird fly's and handles great when you have the proper settings dialed in on the remote. Great video, how ever unable to download or upload the video to a computer device. This drone is NOT for the beginner user! I would advise any one to purchase 2 extra battery's for the bird if you want to have alot of flight and video time. A;; that said, this is a great bang for the buck. If you want some thing that handles better or has a longer battery life then you need to jump up to a drone that is in the $500 plus price range

Rated 4 out of 5 by from CondorPro has potential says this engineer The first use of the battery charger/transformer (see attached picture) was disappointing as one or both of the components failed. About 60 seconds after being plugged into a 110V outlet a pop was heard and all indicator lights went out. Please send me another charger and transformer. The first flight was made using whatever charge was in the battery fresh out of the box. The approximate 2minute flight was awesome. I want more, please send me a charger and transformer. It should be warranty replacement but I will pay if necessary.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HOW TO REPLACE A BLADE HOW TO REPLACE A BLADE 1. Remove damaged blade per manual instructions. (Shaft will sink into the body of the gear housing) 2. Turn drone over and remove the three screws holding the center support strut of the blade shield to the body of the craft with screwdriver (included). 3. Pull strut to the side and give the base of the gear housing 1/4 turn to the left and remove it. 4. With finger, press shaft gear back up against motor gear while attaching new blade per the manual. 5. Reassemble reversing steps 2 and 3.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Giant Paperweight I bought this drone a while back and stored it to give to my dad on Father's day. We finally opened it and it doesn't work. Because it's out of warranty, I paid for a new battery, thinking that was the cause. But alas, the drone itself is defective. The support representative was correct and in fact, this situation is unfortunate. It's safe to say I cannot trust this brand any longer because of my experience. Based on the giant paperweight of a "drone" sitting in my living room, I would not recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from drw 876 CONDOR I am new at this but, I called support because I removed 2 of the blades and then realized that they are in a specific order. So after explaining this. I was told to put in the batteries and fly it????. All I need is a diagram showing front and rear of drone and the corresponding order of the A and B blades. A-B-A-B, B-A-B-A, A-A-B-B, It is difficult enough to replace the blades but not impossible. The order in which they are originally supposed to be in would be a BIG help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good The drone has no parts support, Ive owned the drone for less than two months, 30 day warranty, and while flying it it became inverted and crashed. Turns out the prop gear stripped out. You cannot buy a new gear. What should be around 5 dollars to replace is impossible and has permanently grounded my 150 dollar drone. DO NOT buy this drone!
