I followed the instructions on how to preset my favorite radio stations, there are only two. I find my station, press mode/program/clock, then memory and it jumps to another station or it goes crazy and just goes through every station. I got my 2 preset stations by pressing mode/program/clock twice. So I had my preset stations but did not know because there are no instructions, how to switch from one preset station to the other preset station. I called customer service at 1-888-9994215, the girl did not understand what I was saying, put me on hold twice then told me someone would call me back, that was 2 days ago. Does anyone in customer service know anything about this product? I have HM3817DTBLK, I purchased it at K-Mart on December 22, 2017 I'm really upset with this product. Low price doesn't help if it doesn't do what it's supposed to do and customer service doesn't understand when I speak to them. I feel like I wasted my money. I threw the packaging away because I expected the thing to work or I would take it back! Also, finding this site was VERY difficult.
So far, I have got to say that the sound quality is mediocre, but hey, it's $25. I have a Memorex karaoke, cheap one around $20, with pretty poor speakers, having an extra RCA cable laying around and connected the karaoke to the GPX speakers. It works great, essentially replicating a sound system, using the karaoke to play CDs, but here's my question, I've scoured the internet for answers, I am curious to what the specifications for the speakers (OHMs, amps, and such) along with what the output is on the built-in amp.
I purchased this product at our local Meijer store on sale. We had it for 2 months & it suddenly stopped working. I tried plugging into another outlet & still no luck. We never even used the CD player. I was initially excited about this product, I really liked that it has a remote & was a good price for what we wanted.
