How do I set the time?
- Press and hold the Preset/Clock button until the display begins flashing.
- Press the Hour and Minute buttons to adjust the time. The PM indicator will light when the hour is set in the PM.
- Press the Preset/Clock button again to finish, or wait for the display to stop flashing.
How do I set the Alarm?
- In off mode, press the AL1 or AL2 buttons to set Alarm 1 or Alarm 2.
- The screen will flash and display the time the alarm is set to go off. Press the Hour and Minute buttons to set the desired time. Note the PM indicator.
- Press the Al1 or Al2 buttons repeatedly to switch between Radio, Buzzer or off. Wait for the display to stop flashing.
- Once the set alarm time is reached, the alarm will sound. Press the Power button to turn the alarm off until the set alarm time is reached again.
- To set the other alarm, follow the above steps and choose the alarm not currently set.
How do I turn off/cancel the Alarm completely?
In off mode, Press the AL1 or AL2 buttons repeatedly to switch between Radio, Buzzer and then OFF. Wait for the display to stop flashing. Now your alarm is off completely untill you set again.
How do I stop the ":" from blinking?
- On digital clocks that display hours and minutes, the blinking colon “:” is the seconds indicator. This feature is not unique to our units; this applies to all digital clocks that display hours and minutes. The colon shows and counts the seconds. Otherwise there won’t be any seconds indicator.

Great features, great price!
Alarm (buzzer or radio setting) successfully wakes me up! The digital numbers are easy to read in all lighting situations. Love the dual alarm settings. I set one for weekdays and one for weekend. Choice of radio shut-off times are a plus - off to 90min. I usually just tune into one radio station but there are options for 10 preset stations (fm or am). I must admit, setting the alarms and radio stations took me a long time and I was ready to return the clock. I'm glad I kept trying - it's a great little clock/radio. For it's small size, the radio has good sound, clock/alarm is reliable, and l like the radio shut off timer.

Good price with no frills
A "basic" alarm clock that offers an AM/FM radio and two alarms and a battery backup. Very good for the price range and usually available at local store. It earns a 'good' rating due to most clocks in this range do not have a radio. It comes with a flexible antennae for low reception areas and your choice of wake to music or steady, electronic beeps.
The one inch red, led. display is adequate for bedside viewing and the top mounted speaker is robust enough to wake a sound sleeper. It needs a two prong standard outlet for power and the battery backup is only for keeping settings during outages. All in all a great choice for basic home use.

Pretty Reliable
I recently bought this alarm clock again to replace my old one that finally stopped working. We were very rough on it and after about 3yrs it stopped working. It was pretty reliable. I also used the battery backup but not sure how it works or the limits to how long it will last. All I know is my alarm went off reliable after power outages. We were really really rough on it so I would call it a pretty solid alarm. Only problem I had is that after setting it and not messing with it for 5months I forgot how to use it. It takes a little time to figure out without the instructions. Just take a picture of your instructions & you are good.

Great Little AM FM Clock Radio
I was searching for two months to find an AM FM clock radio that met all of my rquuirements of size, quality of construction, excellent sound on both the AM and FM bands,ease of set up and operation. The GPX clock radio with dual alarm not only met but exceeded my requirements/expectations. The size is perfect for my bedside table and the operation is easy. The ability to save my favorite stations in both the AM & FM bands is a fantastic feature. On top of all the outstanding features, the set up took less tan 5 minutes. The GPX clock radio is also priced at a very affordable level. All in all an excellent product.

My husband bought the C224B clock radio with dual alarm when his other alarm clock died. In the 30+ years we have been getting up to an alarm, we have never owned one you couldn't shut off. We can't sleep in on the weekends because there is no off button. Definitely a design flaw with engineering. It was not an inexpensive clock that you expect not to work correctly. Not happy at all with this product and have since bought a different alarm clock.

not a bad radio for the price
one problem: in the time mode the two lights flash constantly, is this by design ? Sound is great for this little guy & the FM antenna is a big plus.

Full featured AM/FM clock radio
I bought this a few days ago, and it arrived today as promised. The writing at each button [describing what that button does] is so light that one can barely read it. Also, the text on the instruction sheet is so tiny that one needs a magnifying glass. The instruction sheet is important because it is difficult to know how each button functions. I cannot comment yet about recommending it because it just arrived. I would tell anyone, though, that it is a very good value at this low price especially if you already know the functionality.

So far, it works!
I was having some issues where I wouldn't hear my alarms, no matter how many I set, and it was becoming a very critical problem. I bought this alarm clock and set it on the other side of the room, so I have to get out of bed to turn it off. I haven't slept through the alarm once since I got it!
Having two seperate alarms helps, but I personally set them just 10 minutes apart, I cant afford to not get up when it's time. The alarm tone is loud and seems to be just the right amount of harsh to wake me. It's easy to set, easy to change, the display clearly indicates if alarms are set or not. I mean really you couldn't ask for much more in an alarm clock. So far, it's been a tremendous help.
