at first no much. Then I plugged in ear phones still nothing. Once I pulled ear phones out it was finally playing but so softly you can barely hear it when it's wide open on volume!!!! Bid disappointment. If I still had the box I'd take it back to the store. Also the so called antennae is absent. Barely able to pick up radio station 15 miles away.
I have Windows 8.1. when I plugged into the usb port, it charges, but doesn't seem to be recognized by my computer. What can I do?
Instructions say to choose Power and Data from menu, but that doesn't appear anywhere.
I am very disappointed with this media player. I carefully arranged a playlist to be downloaded in a specific order but when the music was transferred the player rearranged it according to artists in alphabetical order; this totally defeated the reason I wanted them downloaded in a certain order. Also, the volume is very soft even when I raise it up. The ear buds are hard plastic, I would rather it not come with earbuds becasue I have to buy other earbuds anyway. The touch screen is not sensitive enough and I have to press very hard to get it to respond, I am not sure the screen will last with the presure required. All in all I give it 1 star. I would rather pay more and get a decent player.
Bought this CD player. Next day took it back, exchanged it for another one because the first one didnt play CD, no digital display, nor did the CD player work. Only to find the second one SAME THING. Piece of crap!
I just recently bought this unit. I had trouble with other units but this unit is. Really good. I had trouble getting it to record but it has fixed itself , I am really glad that I bought it thank you. Mark Williams
For convenience and ease of use this portable CD player beats the competition. One advantage it has in comparison with all others is the ability to continue listening to a CD and not lose your place after pulling the plug with immediate and smooth transfer to the alternate power (6 "C" type batteries), Carry the still operating player to another room and plug it into another wall outlet without losing a second of the CD or having to hunt for your place. Unfortunately after seven months the player stopped working in the middle of a CD play and the LCD display began blinking "no" "no" "no" repeatedly. Nothing could get it to play CD's after this.
I've had two of this model. I like this one. It plays well. CD's that skip in the car or boom box don't skip in this one. One didn't hold up too well when I dropped it in the bathtub. Oops! The other one I had fall out of my belt pouch one too many times, as I forgot to zip it up. Too bad, since the stores here don't carry this model now.
