Yes, this unit has a built-in rechargeable battery. Battery playtime with one full charger is approx. 6 hrs at 50% volume. 

 

How can I connect my audio device to this unit with Bluetooth? 

Pairing & Playing Audio

When first powered on, the boombox defaults to Bluetooth Mode, indicated by a voice prompt.

1. Power ON the boombox by adjusting the Power Switch to the ON position. The boombox defaults to Bluetooth Mode and is ready to pair automatically. When pairing, remain within 3 feet of the Bluetooth device.

2. Using the controls on your Bluetooth device, select BB200 in the Bluetooth Settings to pair. If need be, refer to the user’s manual for your specific device for more information.

3. When successfully paired, a voice will announce, “Bluetooth is connected.” Your Bluetooth device will now be heard through the boombox.

4. Use the controls on the connected Bluetooth device to select and play audio. Use the boombox controls or the connected Bluetooth device to play, pause, and adjust the volume level.

5. After initial pairing, the boombox will automatically connect to the last Bluetooth device used whenever it is in Bluetooth Mode.

Note: If your device should become unpaired or you find it is unable to connect, press & hold the Play/Pause/Pair/Scan button to enter Pairing mode. A voice will announce, “Bluetooth is connecting,” and you can connect to the boombox manually.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A functional value FM radio We needed an FM radio to take to the drive-in theater. We wanted something with a bit more volume than a bedside clock radio, but didn't want to spend much money. Found this at Menard's for really, really cheap. It served its purpose. FM reception isn't great - tends to be staticky / buzzy. The lights are sort of pointless but can be turned off. Haven't tried Bluetooth or AUX inputs. I like that the battery is rechargeable rather than having to buy D batteries. Overall this is a value FM radio with a little more oomph than a clock radio. There are much better sounding, smaller Bluetooth speakers out there if that's all you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING Boombox!!! Purchased for more than half off as a Black Friday deal. I feel like I robbed the store because this radio boombox is worth more than I paid for it. I wish I would have bought more as gifts and a spare for garage and camper. I love it. The Bluetooth pairs without hassle with my phone and other devices. It programs my radio stations and has separate SD card and USB ports. Clear amazing boombox sound. So Many options and 100% better than my $100 memorex smart speaker. I can guarantee I will be getting another one for sure or more if still on sale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Sound! I bought this a few days ago. I love how loud it goes compared to similar items I've recently bought as gifts! The radio feature works really good, even out in the country. The Bluetooth connected right away with my phone and the sound is really clear! If I could change anythingthing, it would be that it would have changeable lighting features, instead of just multi-color flashing and off, and I would definitely put in a compartment to hold the charging cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound for a Great Price The Boombox was received as a Christmas gift to replace an older, higher-end Bluetooth speaker that was no longer holding a charge. After playing this, one would be hard pressed to decipher the quality of sound between the two devices. The Bluetooth range on this device is quite impressive. My iPad can be 3 rooms away and it still plays outside on the front porch. This Boombox gets plenty loud for its size and the lights, while not sequential to the music, are a fun option at night. The large volume knob is a plus. The FM radio programmed right away and an added bonus.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent sound, FM a tuner is weak I grabbed this for a cheap work radio this weekend for the FM tuner mostly so I don’t have to use my data to stream local radio stations whole at work. To say that the FM tuner is weak is an understatement. I’d recommend staying away from this one personally.
