Bluetooth - Pairing to Wireless Speakers or a Sound Bar

NOTE: Bluetooth is OFF by default when the projector first powers ON. Bluetooth can be turned ON or OFF from the OPTIONS Menu.

1. Enable Bluetooth on the Bluetooth receiver (Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth soundbar etc.) that you would like to connect.

2. Power on the projector and make sure the projector's Bluetooth is ON (see note above). The projector will begin searching for nearby Bluetooth devices to connect to and will automatically initiate pairing. Note: To eliminate confusion, disable Bluetooth on all receivers to which you do not wish to connect.

3. When successfully paired, the Bluetooth receiver should indicate it is connected, usually with a chime or tone. Check the user manual on your Bluetooth receiver for more information.

4. When successfully connected, the projector will display the Bluetooth receiver's (your speaker or sound bar) name on the top right portion of the Main Menu screen, and sound played from the projector will be heard through the Bluetooth receiver.

After initial pairing, the projector and the Bluetooth speakers will stay paired unless unpaired manually by the user or erased due to a reset of either device. If this occurs or you find either unit is unable to connect, repeat the above steps.

My projector doesn't have Bluetooth, why is that?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap price wasn’t enough to save it I bought this product today, and it’s a major disappointment in Most every area. The speakers are fairly good, and the design is nice. It’s very small and portable, and that’s where everything good ends. After spending a day messing around with it, I quickly became more and more displeased with it. It doesn’t have a H keystone, and the picture is always off. The main issue I ran into was, on a flat surface, with the projector flat as well i could always only make it so the the top was almost fine, but the bottom still very fuzzy, or vice versa. Just put in the extra 100-200 bucks to get a projector that will actually work. It’ll be worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mini Projector is trying too hard This projector is pretty basic. You connect it via HDMI, a computer cable, or you could pop in a USB thumb drive. It is lightweight and easy to move around. The focus dials are kind of flimsy and the remote didn’t come with batteries. Once on, the image was easy to focus on a wall, and even with lights on it was easy to see, but I didn’t have space to try it at the largest viewing size before writing this review. My biggest issue was the noise. It is SO LOUD. When you turn it on, it sounds like a bathroom fan. Overall, it could be fun to use to watch movies outside and it really is easy to use. Just make sure nobody has to sit next to it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from very good product(2018 model) 2dvi,vga,2000lumins As i have had many projectors and mine was much cheaper at 69 with tax. But with a proper white sheet, it looks fine. people dont understand how it works and they get mad. 1. distance, there is not auto focus, and you need distance to get a clear image. 6-feet or more. 2. the contrast ratio: Back in 2009 sharper image had a so called projector at 79 -129$this this is so much brighter its funny, and nicer its funny. 3. 800x600 (1280x1024) the resolution you need to be able to read clearly text, but 1080p is fine for youtube and other video sites. <also web browsers have zoom > set your computer to 1080p or i and use the browser zoomed into 150-200% 4. (can not read text on edges): This is common, see this projector is not like a high end projector. (do you remember the over head projector in school) well if you put clear lcd screen in front of it you have a projector in the 80s you could watch presentations and videos. Now that lcd screens have come so far they can fit more pixels in a smaller space. and thanks to (led) bulbs that last decades at a cheeeep price and some simple programming. this is what you come up with. i built one like this about 2 years ago! like this one, but for the price you cant beat the one i got.... 5. The perfect sheet , after searching every where and trying many colors of white. The best ...(a stretchy mattress cover) came with my mattress pad .there silky and reflect light and have a great...picture...no seriously. Here are some pics.....for under 70$ and a 10year life this thing is great .....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality We were so excited to receive our mini projector and it did not disappoint us, the quality is amazing and the set up was so easy my 16 year old did it and the instructions are on point and clear to understand. Right after we set it up we all sat and watched Netflix in my daughters room who insisted wants to watch it first time there, the projector is now in our game room and it sure makes football games n movie night a lot more fun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bang! Okay, it's not perfect. The remote is comprehensive but hard to navigate in very dark room. Not very intuitively designed. You will want a very dark room! The light output isn't spectacular. This unit at 100 inches is somewhat grainy up close All that is peanuts when compared price. The video is fast and this thing has many features not found on products many times the price. Such as Video inversion. Can be ceiling mounted. Two hdmi port Kristine correction Extremely quiet I am amazed at the value. You will not find a t.v. At this price anywhere. Much less a 100 inch. Very pleased

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Family night must have! My family and I are soo happy to have this mini projector in our house! The projector was safely packaged in a box with styrofoam, came with a power cord, adapter and a remote. Took all of 5 minutes to setup. We used an hdmi cord to connect it to our xbox and impressively the screen was huge and very clear! The PJ308W projector was quiet and didnt have much volume to it but we just hooked up our surround sound and instantly felt like we were at the movies in our own home! I highly suggest this mini projector!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall good quality i got this for Christmas and at first i was expecting it to be low quality because i assumed mini projectors were cheep, but the packaging was neat and compact. I always think that when a product comes with excellent packaging that clearly had effort put into it, that means that effort was definitely put into the actual product itself. Sure enough it was, im glad it isnt battery powered since Its always a pain to find batteries in the house. the remote is powered by battery but thats fine. I also like the amount of plugs available to make it more open to use for different devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Projector that Saved Thanksgiving It was Thanksgiving night and we had just finished a 3-day cooking marathon. The kids were full of pie and ice cream, bouncing off the walls; the adults were exhausted and looking for a reprieve. Queue the GPX PJ308W mini projector ... "If you clean up all the toys, then you can watch a special movie on the wall," I yelled over top of the sugar-fueled roar of kids chasing each other in circles around the house. Suddenly, a pause. Silence. The children began to clean and organize like a team of elves scrambling together to finish building the last batch of toys on Christmas Eve. Five minutes later, the place was spotless ... "open house" showing kind of spotless. True to my word (trying to secure my spot on the "nice" list), I fired up the GPX PJ308W mini projector with the touch of a button. The magnetic glow of Netflix soon cast onto the living room wall and, with that, the kids sat still in their chairs as we'd unsuccessfully asked them to do all day. Larger than life animations of superheroes soon soared across that drywall. Entranced, the sugar-crashing children enjoyed their relatively quiet time in one room, while the grown ups finally got a chance to breathe, to play cards, and to secretly gorge on infinite amounts of leftover dessert. All in all, the GPX PJ308W mini projector saved Thanksgiving for the kids and, more importantly, for the kids still inside of the rest of us. Connected to a laptop by a simple HDMI cable (not included), the unit worked right out of the box. The image's quality, clarity, and positioning was easily adjusted into focus and proper placement on the wall. The brightness was more than sufficient that night, but keep in mind that like most entry-level projectors, it works best in settings with relatively low ambient light. The audio through the built-in speakers was clear, but I eventually elected to use a bluetooth speaker to amplify the experience; I would attest the need for extra decimals to the unusually full house that day though. The unit also included a remote, which was a nice value add. If you're looking for a simple, easy-to-use projector that you can setup in a jiffy, I'd highly recommend scribbling the GPX PJ308W onto your Christmas list!
