Do I need to charge this device before turning it on?
If you are using the projector while plugged in, you do not need to charge it before using. If you plan on using projector without power adapter, I recommend charging the device for 7 hours to completely charged the internal battery.
Why does the device not turn on when I press power?
This device has a main power switch. Please check to make sure the device is on and not off.
How large can the projector produce a screen?
The projector can have a screen size of 30" to 150" with adjusted angle and distance.
Can I mount this to a ceiling?
The projector can mount to the ceiling, but hardware is not provided or supplied with the projector. We recommend checking ceiling structure for support and a professional to install.
What are different ways to connect other devices to the projector?
The connections on the projector are HDMI, AV Input, MicroSD and USB, Bluetooth, and Headphone Jack/Audio Out.
When using USB or Micro SD is there a specific format?
The projector will play USB files up to 128GB or less. The individual files will need to be 4GB or less. The media format would be Mpeg1, Mpeg2, Mpeg4, MP3, Jpeg. Please note if you are using an exFAT MicroSD card or USB drive you will need to convert it to FAT32 or NTSF format.
Why can’t I stream my video to my projector over Bluetooth?
Bluetooth requires the pairing device to have a transmitter, receiver, or adapter to function. This projector has a Bluetooth transmitter, allowing it to send information to another device, but it cannot receive information.
Bluetooth lacks the continuous bandwidth necessary to stream video. The Bluetooth transmitter in this projector is for audio connections with Bluetooth enabled speakers.
