How to I use the DVD Player on the Tablet?
- Slide the Disc Open latch to the right and open the tablet by gently pulling upwards on the screen. Take care not to pull too hard on the screen or damage may result.
- Insert a DVD and close the tablet.
- Open the DVD Player app and use the on-screen controls to begin playing the DVD, access menus, change the volume, and other settings.
NOTE: DVD APP WILL NOT WORK IF THE CAMERA IS DISABLED. WHEN PROMPTED, ENABLE CAMERA ACCESS FOR THE DVD APP. THE PLAYER DOES NOT SUPPORT BLU-RAY DISCS!
Can I pair my headphones to the Tablet?
Yes, the tablet DVD Player does come with a set of wired headphones, but you can pair wireless headphones/earbuds via Bluetooth.
To access Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Connected Devices > Pair New Device
NOTE: If you are going to use Wired Headphones, to avoid hearing damage, make sure that the volume on the tablet is turned down before connecting the headphones.
How long does the battery life last for the devices?
The Tablet DVD Player has a battery life of about 2.5 hours of use without headphones, 4 hours of tablet use with headphones, 1.5 hours of DVD playback without headphones, and 2.5 hours of DVD playback with headphones.
What is the MicroSD card max GB that can be used on the Tablet DVD Player?
The tablet will read Micro SD cards up to 128GB. While reading the contents of the card, the SD card icon will
appear in the upper left corner of the screen.
NOTE: This tablet support MicroSD cards in EXFAT and FAT32 formats. It does not support NTFS format.

Can I download apps to the portable Tablet and DVD player?
Yes, the tablet must be connected to the Wi-Fi, and you must set up an email to access the Play Store.
How do I reset the Tablet DVD Player?
If the device is acting abnormally and will not power off, insert a thin object to press the button and reset the tablet. The tablet will power off automatically. Press and hold the Power/Sleep button to power on the tablet.
Am I able to reset my Tablet if I am locked out.
Yes, the tablet can be reset, please see the steps below:
- While the tablet is powered off, press and hold the Home and Power buttons for 10-15 seconds until you see the Factory Mode on the screen.
- Press the Home button until the arrow points to "Recovery Mode." Press the Vol- button to confirm.
- You will see a small figure and the words "No Command" on the screen.
- Press and hold the Power button. Then, while still holding the Power button, press the Vol+ button and immediately release both buttons at the same time. You will see the Android Recovery Mode screen.
- Press the Vol- button until you highlight "Wipe Data/Factory Reset." Press the Power button to confirm.
- Press Vol- button once to highlight "Factory Data Reset." Press the Power button to confirm.
- You will see the Android Recovery Mode screen with "Reboot System" highlighted. Press the Power button once to confirm.
- This will restart the tablet and boot into a new device setup.
