Great little radio.
I bought this radio about a week ago to take with me when I go walking and it does a great job of receiving and holding the signal. I am a restorer of antique radios so I can be a bit demanding of performance and this one does the job. The price can't be beat either, so if your looking for a battery operated portable radio, I would seriously consider this one.

Radio arrived just in time, on the day that we lost ALL INTERNET RECEPTION for 24 hours!
Radio stations came in loud & clear!
Was able to be informed as to when the Internet would be restored in our area's!
Very happy with this small, economical radio performs!

Nice Little Radio
I got this radio for my wife for Christmas. She likes to listen to talk radio while working on her crafts and this radio will be perfect. Appears to be of good quality and is visually appealing. Performance on both AM and FM bands is excellent; only needed to deploy the antenna to lock into the weaker stations. The Distance (Dx) function helps isolate the weaker stations. Was even able to pick up a few SW stations while scanning through the different bands. Sound quality is a little tinny when compared to my more expensive Grundig G6 Aviator. A basic tone control would help to add a little bass to the mix. I really like the (kick stand?) on the back that keeps the radio from falling over. Included operator instructions are adequate and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this radio for the price.

It's perfect!
Just received it today and am very happy! I listen to the AM broadcast in my recliner chair. The station when I'm usually in my car. Except I don't have to worry about the usual terrible traffic. Just the right size! Also going to listen to it when I'm in my above ground garden. As a matte of fact, I'll probably take it with me where ever
I go. Love it!!!

A Great, Easy to Carry Radio
It sounds great, and also has a lot of extra features. You can set the current time, your favorite radio stations for quick access, and you can also do things like set an alarm or set how long until it turns off when not being used. It is just the right size, like 8 inches wide, and easy to carry and could easily fit in a backpack or on a desk.

Super handy radio
We liked this radio so much we bought our third one. It is very reliable, gets great reception...even in our basement. My husband finds the shortwave capability especially appealing. I gave one of these to my daughter who lives in a hurricane zone so she can keep informed during a weather crisis during a power outage.

This GPX radio is very good with very few exceptio
I like the GPX R616W radio very much. It has a vast amount of very useful features and the sound quality is very good. The only criticisms I have is that the shortwave bands receive very few stations and the battery life could be better. This radio is a good buy and I enthusiastically recommended it.

Pulls In A LOT Of Stations.......
I can't believe the Number of Stations that this Little Gem Tunes in..... On ALL BANDS !!! AM, FM and SHORTWAVE perform Better than ANY OTHER Radios I have seen, even at 5 Times the Price..... The DX Button works Great, too. The Headphone output is only MONO, But Who Cares.... BUY THIS RADIO......
